We are dedicated to providing genuine, high-quality computers, laptops, PC components, peripherals, and related electronics. By accessing and using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- "Products" refers to computers, laptops, PC components, peripherals, and related electronics sold on the Website.
- "Order" refers to your request to purchase Products.
3. Business Location & Jurisdiction
ComputerWorld is based in Nepal. All transactions, agreements, and services are conducted under the laws of Nepal. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
4. Product Authenticity & Warranty
Genuine Products: We deal exclusively in 100% genuine, brand-authorized products. All items are sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers.
Manufacturer Warranty: All products come with the applicable manufacturer's warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise. Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer or through our support team as per brand policies.
5. Ordering, Payment & Fees
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or successful payment authorization.
- We accept payments through secure gateways including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI options. We do not store your financial data.
- Prices are listed in NPR (Rs.). They are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders.
- Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location within Nepal.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Nepal through trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. While we strive to meet all timelines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics strikes, customs) are beyond our control.
Risk and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery. We recommend inspecting the package for visible damage before accepting delivery.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect products. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and must follow the return process. Custom-configured PC builds and special orders are non-cancellable once assembly has begun.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, product descriptions, images, and branding are our property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, not to misuse our website, and to comply with all applicable Nepal laws regarding electronic transactions.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

- Financial Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Nepal law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the specific product in question.
