Shipping Note
Heavy items (PC cases, monitors, printers) may have additional shipping charges calculated at checkout. Bulky/oversized items are shipped via surface transport and may take 1-2 additional days. All shipments are fully insured against damage and theft during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Products must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Get Approval
We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 24 hours.
Ship Back
Pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories. Our pickup partner will collect it from your address.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-configured PC builds (unless defective)
- Software, licenses, and digital products once activated
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical alteration
- Products without original packaging, accessories, or serial number mismatch
- Open-box items and clearance/refurbished products (unless defective)
